House Clearance
We regularly deal with entire house clearance's for a local solicitors and for individuals and executors. We can provide a full or part clearance service, the auctioneer will arrange a convenient time to meet you at the property and will guide you through saleable items and non-saleable, which items would need to be disposed off and any relevant charges. If a probate valuation is required we will attend the property and produce a written documentation, this will list items individually or may have items such as kitchenalia i.e. china and glass etc, as a lump sum which is suitable for probate.
Four house clearances we will initially arrange an appointment to view, and may re-arrange a collection date there may be charges applied such as disposal of beds, fridges, fridge/freezers but the auctioneer will advise of these if there are items that are not suitable for auction we may arrange for a local charity to collect.
All items that are removed for auction once the items are cataloged you will receive a pre-sale advice letter and payment will be forwarded to you with a corresponding statement of account approx 28 working days after the auction
